Registering a Food Truck: Application

iMAGINE Lakelands 2026 Food Vendor Application

Please complete the form below in order to be considered as a food vendor for the iMAGINE Lakelands STEAM Festival. Completion of this form does not necessarily mean you will be selected. We will contact you with any questions and will inform you of the status of your application soon. If you have questions about the event, contact the iMAGINE Lakelands Team. Food Vendor Rules

City of Greenwood

Approved vendors must have proper inspection and licensing approved by the City of Greenwood to setup for the festival. Information will be sent with approval emails.

Vendor Hours

Food vendors must be open and staffed for service the full duration of the event. There are no exceptions to this rule. Festival hours are 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Rain Date

There is no rain date for the event, and there are no refunds due to inclement weather.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, contact a member of the Lakelands Team at least 24 hours before the event begins on October 19, 2024.
