iMAGINE Lakelands 2026 Volunteer Sign-Up

Volunteers are critical for ensuring that the iMAGINE Lakelands STEAM Festival runs smoothly. If you are interested in volunteering on October 17, 2026 for the festival, please complete the form below.

If you have any issues with any aspect of the form, please contact the iMAGINE STEAM Web Team.

You will be required to upload either a signed Volunteer Service Agreement & Release Form or a signed Volunteer Service Agreement, Release Form, and Permission Slip if you are under 18 years of age when filling out the form.

Please note that if you are NOT taken back to the main “Become a Volunteer” page with a thank you message after submitting your form, the form has not successfully been processed. You will need to check your answers for error messages. File attachments will be uploaded on submit; please be patient.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer opportunities consist of the following during the times listed.

Volunteers can sign up for 1 or more 2-hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

You may be assisting with site setup, including moving tables/chairs, moving tents, setting out tent weights, checking table/chair inventory.

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

You may be assisting with exhibitor set up, including directing traffic, running supplies, or checking in vendors.

10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon | 12:00 Noon – 2:00 PM

You may be assisting with festival engagement activities, including running supplies, answering guest questions at an information booth, taking surveys, supporting hands-on exhibit activities at the Arts Center or other locations.

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

You may be assisting with exhibitor and site cleanup, including packing up tents/tables/chairs, directing traffic, picking up extension cords/tent weights or other supplies, ensuring cleanliness and trash disposal is completed.

We will make sure to only schedule up to the max number of shifts you answered above.
