iMAGINE Lakelands Frequently Asked Questions
The iMAGINE Lakelands STEAM Festival will be October 18, 2025 from 10 AM – 2 PM
The Festival is located in Uptown Greenwood from the Arts Center of Greenwood to the Uptown Market. Don't forget to visit the experiences in the Greenwood Museum and the Arts Center of Greenwood, and the Uptown Market including the parking lot! Go to the Getting There page for directions.
This event is free and open to the public!
There are no pets permitted in the festival area. (Service animals are always welcome.)
Free parking will be available at city parking at the corner of Maxwell Avenue and Monument Street. Additional parking will be available in the Hampton Place Shopping Center at the Corner of Hampton Avenue and Main Street, beside The Museum of Greenwood. Handicapped parking is available in front of the Arts Center of Greenwood.
At the iMAGINE Lakelands STEAM Festival, children and families will have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of hands-on activities celebrating the dynamic core concepts of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics). Area educational institutions, businesses, and community organizations will come together to host these exhibits to bring STEAM education alive for a day of fun-filled learning!

iMAGINE Lakelands is a rain or shine event! In the event of inclement weather that will not permit the festival to take place, any cancellation information will be made available to the public in an expedient manner!
